New Day Services Centre opens in Giurgiu
Saturday, March 12, 2011 at 12:11PM Comber is partnering with Estaur NGO and Foundation Motivation Romania in developing a day services centre in Giurgiu city from 2010-2013. This will provide vocational skills and training for residents in Comber’s homes and from the local community.
Michelle McGill from Comber travelled to Romania to be with ourt local co-ordinators Marius Manait & Bogdan Bobolea for the opening of the new Centre on 16th February. Ambassador John Morahan from the Irish Embassy in Bucharest also spoke at the event. The centre is an exciting new development & a huge boost for our residents and members of the local community who can access the services.
